This policy explains how we handle personal data on binarysuns.com in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What we collect and why
Contact form: the name, e-mail address, company name and message you send us. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) to deliver the site securely.
Consent record: your cookie choice is stored in your browser's local storage. We do not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies.
3. Legal basis
Answering your enquiry and pre-contractual steps: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Secure operation of the website and defence of claims (legitimate interest): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Any optional, non-essential technology we may add later: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, unless a contract or accounting law requires longer. Server logs are kept for a short technical period by our hosting provider.
5. Recipients and transfers
We share data only with providers that help us run the site and our mailbox (hosting and e-mail providers), under data processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent. Write to us at privacy@binarysuns.com.

7. Providing data
Providing data through the contact form is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your message. We do not take automated decisions and we do not profile you.
